Restaurants in the North End have been barred from receiving outdoor dining permits from the city. The Wu Administration said they would not issue permits for on street dining in the North End due to its narrow streets among other reasons. The North End Restaurant Association filed a lawsuit demanding millions in monetary damages. We heard your response.
