Jesus’ journey into Jerusalem the Sunday before Easter marked the beginning-of-the-end of His time on earth. It was going to be a time filled with turmoil and pain. The struggle for us is the fact that His “on time” is never early enough for us and it’s almost always different than what we wanted. Today as we look at Jesus’ interaction with Lazarus and Mary this concept is very evident. It’s true in our lives too isn’t it? But we can trust Jesus implicitly.
