Real ministry is never convenient but it is so important. We are called to serve one another in Christ and must continue to do so.

There are several reasons that the message of the kingdom has been lost over the centuries. One reason is that the kingdom is too Jewish. However, we do not need to reject the Jewish roots to embrace God's coming kingdom.

We are citizens of heaven in the sense that a place is prepared for us in God's kingdom that will descend to earth. But we are also ambassadors for God's kingdom today. As such, we must let others know about the kingdom and show them what it looks like to be a kingdom citizen.

Every kingdom has a ruler, land, and followers. God's kingdom is no different. Jesus will be the king and hand it back to God. The earth is the land and the saints are the followers.

Resurrection Sunday...the finale of the greatest story ever told. Because Christ conquered death, we know we can look forward to the same victory over death in God's Kingdom. This news is so great, it must be shared.

Palm Sunday marks the beginning of the greatest story ever told. Despite the whole weight of the world resting on his shoulders, Jesus triumphantly entered Jerusalem. We can apply this lesson to our own lives by not letting the problems of this world keep us from triumphantly marching forward day after day.

As Christians, we ought to be recognized by our fruit. The fruit is the outward proof, so to speak, of our relationship with God. There are three truths to consider regarding fruit:

1. You can know someone else by their fruit

2. Someone else can know you by your fruit

3. You can peer into your own heart by looking at your fruit

Jesus instructing us to seek the Kingdom of God first is a command that means actively and continually. You can accomplish this by:

1. Continually praying

2. Spending regular time reading the Bible

3. Meeting together as a church

If you diligently and with all your heart seek after God, you will find him and even see him currently at work in your life.

There are several reasons you may feel like God is far away or silent in your life. The good news is that there is something you can do about each reason.

1. Maybe you are over sensationalizing God's presence - Realign your expectations.

2. Maybe your heart is hardening - Repent.

3. Maybe God wants to draw you closer - Keep seeking.
