It's that time of year people - Fantasy Football drafts for the 2013 season start this weekend so we of course decided to do out annual fantasy football draft special. We talk keepers, sleepers, who to avoid and of course who not to avoid. We're joined by a couple of our favourite Londoners - Joe Cohen from the London Blitz & also Wade McElwain from NFL in London who stop by to give us some of their fantasy pearls of Wisdom.

In the midst of this (hopefully) long and hot summer we drop a new North London 40 previewing the upcoming NFL International Series taking place at Wembley this Autumn. We're honoured to be joined by Jared Allen & Kevin Williams of the Minnesota Vikings, Ramon Foster of the Pittsburgh Steelers & Uche Nwareri of the Jacksonville Jaguars who all share their thoughts on the upcoming Wembley games and fill us in on their preparations for the upcoming season that starts in just over 50 days time. Seeing as there isn't that much NFL too actually talk about Inie and James spend the rest of the pod talking about what is going on with their round of of the London Festival Summer so far and their pick of what should be THE summer Jams for the rest of 2013. The last week or so has been the most religious time we have experienced so far in our North London 40 lives with the uniting of Tim Tebow and the New England Patriots alongside Kanye West's Yeezus being released today. To celebrate these too miracles we had to do a NLDN40 special and talk about these 2 events at length. We invite on London's greatest Hip Hop DJ Rob Pursey to help us talk about Yeezus and well...whether it's any good or not....

We all know there isn't much NFL going on right now so Inie and James decided to pod on the NBA Finals that start tonight. We don't profess to being NBA (or NFL of course) experts so we enlisted one and brought back Sky Sports uber pundit and BritBall OG Martin Henlan to the podcast to help us review the playoffs and preview the much anticipated Miami Heat and SA Spurs finals. In the midst of a very random week we talk about very random headline stealing appearances from the likes of Justin Bieber, Florida's Chain and Papoose as well as some other random NLDN banter - wooooo!

We had a lengthy post draft pod planned but then were hit with the mega news that Tim Tebow had been cut by the Jets as we were about to record. We of course cover the news about the chosen one at length as well as recapping all the drama, thrills and spills of last weeks NFL draft. We also welcome some UK NFL royalty onto NLDN40 with a chat with Tony Allen of the London Warriors to help us shed light on Lawrence Okoye and the other Brits who made NFL teams this week.

To herald the start of the NBA playoffs this weekend Inie and James come with their first ever Basketball edition of North London 40 and welcome aboard a couple of real heavyweight guests to help them breakdown what should be an incredible two months of playoff action. North London 40 alumni Mike Carlson from Channel 4's NFL coverage and BBC's coverage of the Olympic Basketball joins to preview the key match ups as well as talking a bit of NFL draft as well (hardcore NFL fans don't worry we haven't totally deserted you). The lads are also joined by one of their favourite pundits of any sport right now, ex English Olympian Baller Martin Henlan from the Sky Sports NBA team who talks playoffs as well as previewing some of the exciting things happening in London from a B-Ball perspective over the next few. A really fun first foray into B-Ball..How did we do?

As we gear up for the start of the new Football season on this side of the pond, Inie and James welcome Sam Tuckey and Rob Hardy from the defending UK Champions the London Blitz to talk about their upcoming European home opener against the Copenhagen Towers. The lads also welcome London Blitz assistant coach and unanimously acclaimed favourite guest of North London 40, Joe Cohen to talk some more Blitz, some Browns and a little NCAA tournament wrap up. It's not all sports this week as Inie and James kill some time at the end, bemoaning but providing no solution to the current lack of comedy amongst the crop of this weeks titanic American TV.

After a five week hiatus Inie and James have finally recovered from their Super Bowl hangovers and are back to fill yall in on what's been happening in the last few crazy days of NFL Free agency. The boys recruit NFL.com's own Marc Sessler to drop some expert knowledge on the Free agency winners, losers and non participants. We also find time to talk a little music and TV revealing which GM in Free Agency has "Frank Underwooded" the game.

As we place another season in the books The North London 40 boys, Inie Banigo and James Hamlin are back to go through all the important talking points of last nights big game (don't worry no spoilers!) We rank Beyonce's half time show in historical context, suggest who should headline next year, we discuss our favourite Super Bowl ads from this year, talk about what we did in the 34 minute "lost time" and oh recap what was perhaps the greatest Super Bowl in recent memory.

In part two of a two parter this week, James and Inie have the pleasure to be joined Sports presenter Arlo White, a veteran of 5 BBC Superbowl Commentaries. Arlo, now based in the States, discusses the growth of the sport here and it's parallels with soccer in the United States. He gives us his Superbowl pick, the importance of all the things that happen around the big game and what it's like being a cricket fan in the United States.

We're also joined by Jamie Cutteridge of @UKNFL, he breaks down this past season from Bountygate to Fail Mary and more. He also gives us his favourite prop bets for the game on Sunday.
