1. Your family is God's basic school where we instruct our children how to live in this world.

1. As Jesus is arraigned and tried in the courts we see his resolve to “love us to the end.” V. 57-61

4. They spit on him and struck him and mocked him. He took it for us.

5. How does the Bible apply this unjust treatment of Jesus to our lives?

1. Judas betrays but our Jesus is not surprised

2. The mob arrests but our Jesus is in control

3. The disciples flee but our Jesus saves

1. Behold his sovereignty.

2. Receive his mercy and amazing grace.

3. Celebrate his victory.

4. Embrace his grand cause.

1. Remember feast of the Passover or “The Cover Over” which Jesus celebrated the night he instituted the Lord’s supper. Vss. 17 – 19.

2. Jesus says to you, “Take, eat, this is my body.” Vs. 26

3. Jesus says to you, “Drink from it all of you, for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.” Vss. 27-28
