Focus: calling the church to embrace to “too good to be true” message of their role in embracing and sharing the hope of Christmas.

Focus: to expose the great folly of not treasuring the invitation to the kingdom of heaven and to the King Himself.

Focus: Using the prayers of thanksgiving by the Apostle Paul to give thanks for our church.

Focus: encouraging the church in prayer by reminding them of the God they pray to, based on Jesus’ prayers and teaching on prayer in Matthew (with specific application to the church’s financial needs and JOF campaign).

Focus: The call to discipleship is a call to “go to work” -not of lip service. True Faith is deeper than giving lip service to true doctrine, it includes something deeper…it is deny one’s self and committing your whole life to God. The extravagant love and grace of God makes repentance and a changed life possible!

Focus: on calling us to repent of hypocrisy that robs us of praying in faith.

Focus: to present Christ as the compassionate humble King who violently opposes hypocrisy in His name.

Focus:  on being reminded of what God has been saying to us about what it means for us to follow the good and mighty King.
