Today guest is Hamish Munro from Pairtree
Hamish is a 5th generation mixed cattle and cropping farmer from Central NSW, spending a season at Auvergne Station, Timber Creek, NT in 1996. After representing the Beef industry through NSW Farmers Assoc and the Cattle Council of Australia, Hamish started Pairtree Intelligence. Through his experiences on-farm and through industry representation, Hamish saw that compliance and reporting was going to cripple agriculture, unless there were ways to recognise daily management activities outside the farm gate.
Pairtree allows Farmers to connect everything to one spot for aggregated insights about their to operation and then enables them to work with Agribusiness and the supply chain to share information/ data that is owned and controlled by Farmer. With over 100+ Agtech connections, Pairtree is Australia's leading Agtech integrator and working many of the largest Agribusinesses and State Government research agencies in Australia.

Today guest is Dan Kittridge from Bionutrient Food Association.
Dan Kittredge has been an organic farmer for more than 30 years and is the founder and executive director of the Bionutrient Food Association (BFA), a non-profit whose mission is to “increase quality in the food supply.” Known as one of the leading proponents of “nutrient density,” Dan works to demonstrate the connections between soil health, plant health, and human health. Out of these efforts was born the Bionutrient Institute, which has engineered a prototype of a hand-held consumer spectrometer designed to test nutrient density at point of purchase. Via the Bionutrient Meter, the goal is to empower consumers to choose for nutrient quality and thereby leverage economic incentives to drive full system regeneration.
