Putting sin to death seems like an impossible task. How can we truly end habitual sin in our lives? Is that God's choice? Or ours? And how are we connecting the dots on the sexual sin that Paul describes? We dive into these questions and more, seeking answers in God's word!

As we continue through Colossians, we see how serious our sin is, and how serious God is about loving His people by giving them hope in Jesus.

How can we start to begin the process of identifying legalism in our own lives? How do we know what "rules" are God-rules and what are just rules we've made into a god? And how as a church can we begin to "be real"? Let's dive back into Colossians 2 and see what God's word can reveal for us!

Why is it that we often find ourselves settling for a cheap substitute instead of the real thing? We're continuing to work through Colossians to unpack how Paul guides the church continually toward the real Jesus and how we can avoid settling for lesser things.

How do we avoid false teaching in a world that is filled with false truths and lies designed to pull us away from Jesus? The takeaway from Colossians 2 is that we are meant to be so focused and trained on Jesus, and all that He is, that false teaching becomes obvious to us.

If we are not currently suffering, does that mean we do not love Jesus? And how can we practically go through life in the church, disagreeing, yet still remaining united in Christ? This is an important question worth discussing, and we do just that in Northpointe+ Episode 43!

Unfortunately, we tend to lose sight of that instruction and focus on lesser things instead of focusing on Christ. Let's dive into God's word and see if we can find a way to remain united even in the midst of disagreement.
