If God is so loving, why would He send us to such a supposedly horrible place?  Why doesn’t He just forgive everyone and we can all end up in heaven?

This is perhaps the biggest reason why a lot of people don’t come to church.  Christians talk a lot, but they are still judgmental, angry, and sinful people. Why would I want to be a part of that?

If this makes people happy, who are we to condemn it? What if they were born that way? People deal with this a lot at work, school, and news.  How can we love them and still stand on truth? What does the Bible really say about this?

This is the number one question about Christianity. If God loves us so much, if He really is all-powerful, than why do things like Columbine, Katrina, and cancer happen? If I could stop those things from happening to people I don’t even know, I would, much more for those I love.

Why is Jesus the only way? If I live a good life, why can’t I go to heaven?  Buddhists are good people; why can’t they go to heaven? As long as we live good lives and believe in God, why does Christianity have to be the only way?

The God of the Old Testament commanded His people to kill entire nations, children included, and had whole families burned or stoned to death, yet, in the NT, we read of a God who wants to forgive us, redeem us, and show us grace and mercy.  Can they both be the same?

This is a belief that is automatically accepted in our culture, yet, there is less evidence for it than there is for Creation. It is what we are learning in schools, why is it wrong? Could God have used evolution? Does science prove or disprove God?

Is the Bible credible? 
If everything we believe and teach at Northside is from the Bible, how do I know the Bible is true? I mean, it is thousands of years old, how does it affect me? How do I know it wasn’t made up? Why should I base my life on an old ancient book?  What sets it apart from other religious books like the Quran, etc.?
