Jesus gives an account for His time on Earth. Jesus gave the word he was given to the people he was given.

To listen into someone else's prayer is to tread on sacred ground. To listen to someone speak right before their death is to tread on intimate ground. John 17 gives us both.

As the hour of the Cross approaches the Son asks for the Father's name to be glorified.

It is by grace that we have been freed and given life. We should live in response to that truth.

If grace abounds, do works matter? If so what motivates them?

Salvation is both obtained and maintained by grace and not works.

Sin has its consequences. Now the will of God will come with great struggle and pain in the area of children, family, and work.

Jesus is the ultimate peacemaker who has invited us to do the same.
