We live in a culture where people see the need for character and the benefits of sound character… but we can’t seem to agree on what it is? Is it just possessing virtues and if so which ones? Is it good morals, and if so whose? What is character? How do you define it?

It’s that time of year when we are making lists. More fun, balanced family, better finances… Could it be that the ability to successfully navigate 2015 will not be through resolving to do more, but resolving to develop character?

For most the New Year is a time to make resolutions for the year ahead. What would it look like if in 2015 you put God first in those resolutions and sought to go deeper with Him? How could you learn God's Word and become obedient to it this year?
