We live in a very diverse world where some are born into poverty and others into luxury. Most Americans have far more than the rest of the world no matter what class they are a part of (lower, middle, upper). As we analyze this cultural value today, we will find that God not only wants us to lay this down but exchange it for something far better.

God gave us the ability to remember. We must remember the depths from which God has pulled us and recall the goodness of the Lord and His steadfast mercies that endure forever. Remembering our love for Jesus, when He first saved us, and sharing that experience, helps us connect to the reality of God; and sharing our faith awakens love in us.

Over the last 30 years our culture has shifted dramatically on the issue of homosexuality. This has created enormous tension within those who seek to study, understand, and live out what the Bible teaches. There is no doubt that Christ followers are called to love and reach all people in the name of Jesus. However, this love cannot come at the expense of Biblical truth because the Gospel calls everyone to repent and believe.
