Lane County Commissioner David Loveall is under investigation by the Oregon Ethics Commission.

He was accused of improperly using the State of the County address to promote businesses he owns and improperly filling out ethics paperwork.

Plans to bring light rail into downtown Vancouver are in danger because of heightened costs for the Interstate Bridge.
