Protests against President Donald Trump are happening across Oregon today [[TUES 1/20]] to mark one year since his return to the White House.

Two police officers were shot last night ((MON)) near the Lloyd Center mall in Northeast Portland.

The officers had been called to a disturbance in the area just after 8 p.m. When they found the suspect nearby, he shot them.
