The city of Roseburg is considering whether to ban legal fireworks. However, Roseburg city councilors are asking staff to conduct more research before drafting an ordinance. KLCC’s Sajina Shrestha reports.

Washington Commissioner of Public Lands Dave Upthegrove fulfilled a campaign promise late last month when he announced that 77-thousand acres of mature state forests will be spared from harvest.
