A group that sued the Eugene Water and Electric Board for failure to build a fish passage at the Trail Bridge Dam is not pleased with the utility’s newly announced plan for the project.

The Eugene Water and Electric Board has unveiled a plan to permanently add a trap-and-haul fish passage at the Trail Bridge Dam in eastern Lane County. KLCC’s Zac Ziegler reports:
