Plans to expand a regional landfill in Benton County are nearing a final decision. KLCC’s Zac Ziegler reports:

The Redmond City Council will get a clearer picture TONIGHT [July 22] of what it’ll cost to potentially re-open a beloved youth gathering space and creative refuge - the Old Fire House Teen Center.

The city indefinitely shuttered the building back in March - and as KUOW’s Noel Gasca reports, the closure has left teens in a state of limbo.

When the small town of Sheridan, Oregon lost its only health clinic last year, a nonprofit stepped in, bought the clinic, and is getting ready to reopen it.
