Incarcerated people at the King County Correctional Facility in Seattle may have their behavioral health medication changed or discontinued without warning. That’s according to a new report released by the King County Auditor on Tuesday.

The King County Auditor‘s Office released a report on Tuesday detailing issues surrounding how behavioral health is being treated at the King County Correctional Facility.

One of the problems identified is that many people are being released without a supply of medication they were given while in jail. KNKX reporter Mitch Borden has more.
