Former eastern Washington Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers has made a new career move.

Portland City Council unanimously voted today/yesterday [[Thursday]] to approve an $8-point-5 million dollar settlement for descendants of Black Portlanders whose neighborhood was destroyed.

State fish and wildlife managers are facing another surge of European green crab populations. This invasive species is known for threatening native shellfish, eelgrass and aquaculture with its strong claws and voracious appetite.
