[HOST:] Feed stores across Washington are selling out of baby chickens, as people are trying to get around high egg prices at the market.

Earlier this month, the Trump administration abruptly halted a bi-partisan supported program called Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities-- also known as (brick) BRIC.

The program provides federal funding to help states, local governments and tribes build capacity to prepare for emergencies and natural disasters.

In Oregon, 140 million dollars in grants to approved projects have been eliminated.
