For many people, Astoria, Oregon is most famous for being the location of the 1980s cult classic "The Goonies." But a number of beloved ’80s films have also prominently featured the North Coast city. Over the weekend [June 6 and 7], the sci fi comedy "Short Circuit" celebrated its 40th birthday in Astoria with cast, crew and a lot of fans.
