As the world enters the advent season, Pastor Barry and the Northwood Family was to remind you that often it feels the darkest just before the dawn. In a time unlike any, where there is plenty that can weigh heavy on our hearts, there is a light shining through.

How do we stoke this light? How do we allow it to grow? We carry on an attitude of thankfulness in all circumstances. Not FOR all circumstances, but clinging to the light and will of the Lord.

Senior Pastor, Barry Lind reflects on the baptisms we had this past week and shares a message on the importance and meaning of baptism.

“Baptism does not make you a believer. It shows that you are a believer. Baptism does not save you and get you into heaven. Baptism shows that you are saved and are going to heaven.”

Associate Pastor, Scott Chase leads the Northwood Family in a message from Joshua 5:13-15. Joshua encountered "a man was standing before him with his drawn sword in his hand". His response is something that we ought to meditate on.
