How to prepare for the final exam. Credit : Max Lucado's "Outlive Your Live. I borrowed heavily from Max Lucado for this sermon. I referenced him on my handout and mentioned Lucado three times in my sermon. I recommend you purchase his book and dig deeper.

Like a good neighbor Christians are there.

Jesus' mission to the poor, the oppressed, the enslaved, and the blind. Jesus said "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor" (Luke 4:18-19).

Serve from the strength of your spiritual gifts and you will be fruitful and fulfilled.

Serve people Jesus style - wash dirty feet.

Serving others like Jesus.  Jesus said  "The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." (Mark 10:45)
