i was feeling very nostalgic this day. and my mind became flooded with past things. sometimes good, sometimes bad.

this monologue is where i talk about the different memories that can have an effect on you if you make it that way.

i'm a spiritual person, and i think it can benefit some people to be the same way. to each their own.

it's good to have self purpose in your life. i don't think about this sometimes. when i do, i feel a little better about myself.
