Paul's response to a very traumatic experience at Ephesus is the same response to troubling circumstances in our own lives. He fell back on what God had already told him to do, surrounded himself with people who were a Godly influence to him, and remained faithful until given further instructions.
1. God's Promises are certain to give us peace. Our circumstances and emotions aren't.
2. Surround yourself with people who remind you of Jesus.
3. The quickest route to a loss of peace is isolation from God and His people.
