Today our high-fore headed war movie buffs discuss My Boy Jack, a film inspired by a poem written by Rudyard Kipling who wrote delightful children's books which are known around the world, as well as military propaganda. We also follow Daniel Radcliffe's obscure career and get everyone's opinion about my Boy Jack.
We also honor US army captain Allan N. Johnson of Bernardsville NJ who served in the 4th medical detachment united states army of the pacific in the republic of Vietnam in from April 1970 to April 1971.
We salute you and thank you for your service.
"Have you news of my boy Jack?”
"When d'you think that he'll come back?"
Not with this wind blowing, and this tide.
"Has any one else had word of him?"
For what is sunk will hardly swim,
Not with this wind blowing, and this tide.
"Oh, dear, what comfort can I find?"
Except he did not shame his kind—
Not even with that wind blowing, and that tide.
Then hold your head up all the more,
Because he was the son you bore,
And gave to that wind blowing and that tide!
