I havent quite decided whether or not I want to continue to say fellas all the time. I enjoy it and it's a good time but you know, it has a certain male connotation to it and I think I have alienated all of my non male/male identifying audience. Or I might just be over thinking it. Ha. That never happens.

Going places is sometimes hard. Asking for directions is cool. Doing things can be confusing. If you ask people how to do them, you are cool now. 

There are a lot of things that are worse than trying to do something without really knowing how and being scared to ask clarifying questions about instructions or what is even going on because you think that you need to somehow already know everything there is to know about the task at hand. I say there are a lot of things that are worse because while it is unpleasant, it's a big world out there. Things happen all day long. They in fact, never stop happening.

Hey Fellas, we occupy our brains with a lot of stuff. Sometimes they just need a break. When I am saying do nothing. I mean let your brain do what it wants. Go take a walk. Listen to some birds. Cook something. Look at a tree. You know what I mean. My brain is in constant need of a break after I feed it so many things nonstop all day. Working from home is great but also kind of rough in that regard. Aside from just work I will usually have some sort of background noise on whether it be a show, music or a podcast. 

It is important to become comfortable with silence and the things that your brain cooks up all on its own.
