Buju Banton said it best "who feels it knows" We tend to look at people and forget how they reached there. Their sacrifices,blood,sweat,tears,long nights,early mornings... Take Usain Bolt for example: he ran a total of 325 seconds in his Olympic career, 2008-2016,just about 5 and a half minutes. Yet we don't think about his months upon months of training,early workouts,ice baths etc. Behind the scenes is where the impossible becomes possible.
