Okay this one's gold. My husband was using ChatGPT to help him draft a casual email to a colleague named Tiffany. He asked it to make the tone friendly and approachable.

ChatGPT's suggestion? "Hey Fanny"

We LOST IT. In what universe is "Fanny" the casual nickname for Tiffany?! Maybe it is and we're just uncultured, but mate — imagine if he'd sent that as a director-level email 💀

• Reaching out to one potential client
• Finishing that 10-minute task you've been avoiding for weeks

Do it. Keep the promise. Notice how it feels.

That's how self-trust builds. One tiny kept promise at a time.

And remember: your mountain bike is enough. Whatever you've got right now — the janky mic, the Canva brand, the draft website — it's enough to start.
