Barebones crew for this one, so it's a throwback! The Angels of Punk Rock (JD & TY) hold down the fort and talk a little wrestling. JD attended Raw live in Greensboro this week, so he gives a live report of the show and some observations from being in the crowd. JD makes a bold prediction regarding Cody Rhodes finishing his story. They finish things off by lightly dipping their toes in the CM Punk drama and JD dreams up a scenario in which TY would not only watch Kenny Omega, but maybe actually enjoy it. Jon Moxley has fired a DIRECT SHOT at ya boys! They'll talk a bit in this week's release about Moxley's comments about those who hate on The Elite and his remarks about those people being "bitter old men with podcasts." Yeah, we hear you, Mox. Also on the agenda this week is the rumors that Randy Orton has been advised to not step back into the ring and the World Heavyweight Championship Tournament. Aiden Wright gets some flowers for his match with Martin Stone and Jayke dishes out flowers to some of his young boys.

Since Jayke was out for our draft episode, the gang gathered to decide how to proceed. What was decided upon was Jayke being the Galactic Overlord of the gang's respective shows and judging them based on how the guy's book. It's gonna be a competition! And the guys are trying to impress the one guy who hates EVERYTHING (except Roman). The gang presents their rosters to Jayke and discuss the process of the draft. The gang gathers to discuss the happenings at Backlash in San Juan, Puerto Rico! The electric crowd and hometown heroes gave the guys plenty to gush over. Also of note, AEW is looking like they're going to sell out Wembley! Is Will the only sane voice in regards to AEW on the show? Part 2 of the draft is teased at the end of the episode. It's draft season! To get in on the fun, the guys thought they'd do a draft as well. Keeping with the local tradition, the gang decided to do an Independent Wrestler Draft. Each member of the podcast has their own company they are drafting for. The guys go for 10 rounds picking the names they would build a company around. There's some obvious picks in the first round and the first pick is quite obvious if you've ever listened to this show. Some surprises, some panic picks (looking at you, JD), and a whole lot of fun. The guys sit down to discuss the big news items of the week: the new world title, Roddy popping up in AEW for a genuine surprise, and CM Punk visiting Raw and Impact.
