Jarrett Carpenter: "Chamath palihapitiya just recently put the idea out there: 'Effective Altruism is getting your own bag; If you don't go get your bag. Other people are gonna get your bag and then they're gonna shape the world you live in.'"
Why are some web 3 business builders afraid of building community? Podmaster Jay Harris: "I think it's more difficult to build community, so small business owners would rather complicate an easier path. There are more egos to massage versus just the one CMO or CEO that you have to deal with on, on the B2B side."
Who wins in negotiation? How to get people to follow along with your business idea? Grant Sparks: "The person with the clearest vision always wins, meaning people will swarm resources will come."
Can web 3 businesses or crypto projects fund themselves? It seems that crypto projects and NFTs have a problem with their financial model. Yes, for the time being, there is investor money, but that is not sustainable.

Have PFP's had their day? How has it evolved into free mints for a little whitelist grinding? Jarrett: "There's still some exclusivity, and now with whitelist grinding, AKA the 'adult-sanctioned hazing', its still held some exclusivity. Many projects saw it as an easy way to create liquidity for their project. But if you wanted to do a free mint, you actually have to come with amrketing money. You actually have to show up with a little bit of investment money to do that."
Did Mark Zuckerberg troll the entire world? Jay Harris: "The new version of Oculus is called the Cambria. 'Cambria', like Cambridge Analytica. Mark is trolling the entire world."
Are too many projects operating in Ponzinomics? What are ponzinomics? Grant Sparks Nieddu: "I believe in affiliate programs with multitiered payouts. This is what is known as an MLM. There is strong value in the thing being sold, and a commission for that sale. A Ponzi is when there is little or no value to the underlying thing being sold, and the real value comes from selling new sellers. Too many projects are actually just hoping for commissions on the velocity of sales of their NFT projects with no real underlying value."
