As this series comes to a close, it’s important to name something honestly:
Not everyone can speak up.Not everyone can leave. Not everyone can set visible boundaries without risk.
So tonight isn’t about bold moves or confrontations.
It’s about quiet protection.
Protecting your energy doesn’t have to be loud to be real. Often, the most sustainable boundaries are the ones that happen internally.
Let’s ground at the end of the day.
If you can, place your feet on the floor and notice the surface beneath them.Let your body rest against whatever is supporting you.Take one slow breath in—and let it out longer than the inhale.
Now notice one place in your body that feels neutral or steady. You don’t need to feel calm. Neutral is enough.
That pause matters.
