Lately i’v been worse and worse at having grace and patience not only with the general population but mostly with myself! Do you ever feel all the pressure of like make you feel like your going to literally explode!! Ughh as if I already didn’t have a “strong” personals , for some reason I don’t think throwing in chronic pain for more than a few weeks straight with little to no relief isn’t going to help any anytime soon! Is it bad that I’m looking forward to the “worse days so I can look forward to the better days because I am sure we have to figure something for my attitude

Im aware of how erratic one could sound in pain and at this moment I am at a steady 9 all over my body internally and externally so there’s that
