This is an abandoned school in Middletown Ohio.  The current owners have opened it up to paranormal investigations.  Before becoming a school, two horrific train accidents occurred on the site.

We were called into this private residence by the owner who was renovating the house for sale.  On this investigation, we brought in a psychic to do a walk through before the team went in.  Donna Penick of SPOOKE Paranormal joined us on this podcast to let us know her findings.  While investigating this property, we find out that the Native American Indians want to kill Josh for some reason.

This was one of our off-season investigations; i.e. inexpensive ghost hunt in an unheated building in the dead of winter.  The current building dates to 1840 but the poor house has been on the property since 1828.  There is also a cemetery on the grounds with an estimated 400-500 graves, most unmarked.  Even with the cold the activity was great.

 Wheeldon Manor, a hidden gem in Central City, KY, has been many things in it's long life.  A boarding house, a saloon, a brothel, a post office and a  car dealership.  Now it's a great place to investigate the Paranormal!

This is part two of our fascinating Anderson Hotel investigation.  Where we continue discussing our findings of the famous Anderson Hotel in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.  This was a great investigation with enough activity we had to break it into two parts due to time constraints.  This hotel had been abandoned for many years.  When we heard about it we drove to Lawrenceburg and asked the owner to allow us an investigation.  Needless to say we were not disappointed.  Today, regular ghost hunts are available to the public.
