Hello! I am excited to be back in this space! There has been A LOT of shifts and changes happening in my world the last few months, as many of you have experienced as well. Some of those have to do with the work I am doing in the world and I am excited to share those updates with you soon!

In this episode, I share about what it is like when your life feels loud and how we can go about shifting that. What we may not be seeing and what we may need in order to step through the noise to find more space.
