Not Just Talk with Shirley Bee

A call for personal stories on bullying. Please send in your stories and experiences with bullies for my new book.

What have you been up to? What positive thing have you done lately? What positive thing have you learnt lately? What made you better in the new normal? How has the lockdown been for you? Let's talk!

We know they know we know you know that adults get bullied too at work, in church, at home and by their do called friends. It's clear to see that the effects of being bullied in childhood affects adulthood and the decisions we make as adults. The adults either lose their confidence and sense of worth or become bullies themselves. I believe it's time we stop sitting on the fence it's time we speak up and address the issue of bullying.

A Father's day special to celebrate fatherhood and to say a big thank you to all the great Dads and a call to action to help and teach our sons to be great men and fathers.

This podcast is a request from a dear friend who wanted to know about having a positive mindset/attitude towards life even in trying times. I hope you find something here that encourages, inspires and helps you in your growth journey.
