Welcome back, for this week Luz and Martha bring you some dad Christmas jokes before they get a little serious. They speak about a few Christmas crimes that happened either on Christmas eve or on Christmas day. They talk about the Jonbenet Ramsey case which is still unsolved, the Covina rampage that happened in 2008 and a few more. They lighten the mood by discussing their second step for preparing for Christmas 101. 

The Holiday season is here and they thank all the retail workers out there, that go through this crazy season. Luz and Martha also discuss the different characters that you might see at your holiday parties. There is the political uncle, the cool kids and the late shoppers which one are you ? They also help you prepare for this holiday season with preparing for the holidays 101. What is your first step? 

Happy Turkey day! Luz and Martha recall a thanksgiving that they won't forget.

Welcome back, in todays podcast Luz shares what she did for Halloween for the first time ever. As Halloween flies by Thanksgiving is just around the corner. 

Social media has its pros and cons, Luz and Martha share how it has effected them personally. They also share what they have done when taking social media breaks and how faith also helped. They take you back when they were children making mud cakes, running outside and the myspace days, yes your top friends era.  The message they would like you to take regarding social media is to always stay positive. Martha and Luz remind you to never forget to love yourself. 

Luz and Martha start of with discussing their names and how luz is so basic according to her. While according to Martha her name is always the character name to the old lady or animal. Pronouncing luz, was always something she had to deal with in her life, especially in school. Her shy personality also kept her from correcting people who would say it wrong. Her shyness doesn't keep her from being a extrovert person and being out and about but it does keep her from talking to new people. Martha on the other hand is the complete opposite she sees herself as a home body and prefers to be at home watching a movie but is a very people person and it comes easy to her to speak to strangers. 

The landmarks of Jerusalem and the warm beaches of Hawaii call their names for bucket list destinations. These girls living in a cold state discuss how retail stores have moved past the holidays really fast, weren't we in fourth of July? Move over because Christmas is here and the year is not slowing down, lets get through 2020 fast. Discussing Christmas Luz and Martha share family traditions they have done with their families and ones they want to start. 

Their imaginations discuss which superpower they would like, which doctor stranger becomes a big inspiration for and the ability to fly. 

Nothing is untouched, so which hemisphere is dominant left or right, is discovered by taking a online personality right or left brain test. You can also look one up and follow through and see which side is more dominant then the other, let us know if you are similar as us. No matter which hemisphere is stronger their minds are still not trustworthy. Both Luz and Martha have issues remembering things, short term or long term. 

Their reason for starting the podcast was to make it a safe space for those or anyone who has felt maybe lost or stuck in life no matter what part in life they are. Let us distract you for a few minutes or even help talk about things that we have all gone through because it is Not Just Us!
