Thoughts. We have many of them in a day. The latest research tells us that the average person has 60,000 thoughts per day, which averages around 48 thoughts per minute. We are busy people! If we think about this many thoughts per

minute and in a day, what are we filling our minds with?

If you are listening to this podcast and are like most people, several of those 60,000 thoughts within your day are filled with good thoughts, bad thoughts, dangerous thoughts, lies, lust, hypothetical thoughts, fantasies, dreams, and reality.

What I’m most interested in is what we are doing with these thoughts once they are in our minds. I want to pose a challenging step for you to process. In our inner being, we are not our thoughts. We are not our thoughts.
