Recently, I’ve noticed a lot of things and habits that I used to have that I didn’t even realize at the time were disordered or signs of disordered eating. I think a lot of us fall into these thoughts or habits, so today, I wanted to talk about these signs and how to move past them, so you might be able to recognize them in yourself and seek help OR just check your thoughts and actions. This episode talks about examples from my life and gives examples of how to overcome cognitive distortions.
