I love my family. I love this house. I love the life I've built here. And for a long time I built it while also shelving every dream I had for myself, telling myself that was just what love looked like.
If you've caught yourself doing the same thing, putting your own future last because everyone else's needs feel more urgent, more real, more deserving somehow, I need you to hear what I found underneath that belief.
It isn't as noble as it feels, and it's costing you something I don't think you've let yourself add up yet.
This one might sting a little. Good.

You know that idea that popped into your head three weeks ago and is still just... sitting there? Yeah.
This episode is about why it's still sitting there, and it has nothing to do with the quality of the idea.
It's because somewhere between the moment inspiration hits and the moment you actually do something about it, fear moves in and makes itself comfortable.
I talk about the exact system I use to shrink that gap, the phrase that's become my unofficial life motto (fair warning, it involves a swear word), and why the version of you who already has the thing you want wouldn't even hesitate here.
If you've been stuck thinking about the same move for way too long, this one's for you.

I have small kids, a business, and a castle that always needs something managed, so my mornings used to fall apart before 8am more often than I'd like to admit.
Instead of chasing the perfect calm routine, I asked myself a different question: what does my future self's morning actually look like, and why does she seem to have it figured out?
What I found out changed how I build every habit now, and it has nothing to do with waking up earlier.
This one's for every overwhelmed mompreneur who's tried the routine overhaul and given up by Wednesday.
I also mention the quiz I built for figuring out exactly where you're losing momentum in your business; you can find that here:

If you're a mompreneur who's set the same goal three years running and still hasn't hit it: this one's for you.
Most people don't fail because of a bad idea, bad timing, or bad luck. They fail somewhere much earlier than that. Somewhere most of them never think to look.
In this episode, I'm breaking down what actually separates the mompreneurs who build the life and business they say they want from the ones who spend years circling it. Rest assured, it's not motivation or discipline. It's most certainly not hustling harder.
If you've ever caught yourself saying "wouldn't it be nice if" and then let it go along the way, this episode might help you out.

Some days I sit down to work and I feel like an utter failure before I've even started. Not because anything went wrong. Just because I know enough now to see exactly how much I still can't do.
And if you're a mompreneur trying to grow a business while keeping the rest of your life from falling apart, I think you know that feeling too.
This episode went somewhere I didn't plan. And somewhere in the middle of alpacas, barbecues, and a confession I probably shouldn't have made on the internet, I landed on the only thing that's actually going to fix the overwhelm.
Not manage it. Fix it.
Want to spend less time on your business, so you can grow it with more ease, make a bigger impact AND still feel like a person at the end of the day?
Soon, I'll be opening the doors to my brand new program The Foundation. Specifically for mompreneurs who are craving momentum in business but are already feeling behind on everything.

You keep disappearing online and you tell yourself it's because life got in the way.
A fall, a crazy week, the kids. And sometimes that's true. But if I'm being honest with you, and with myself? That's not what's really happening.
I've spent two years stopping and starting with my content. Two years of sitting down, freezing up, and walking away.
And I kept telling myself I just didn't know what to say. But somewhere in this episode, I finally admitted what was actually going on, and the next day I did something I hadn't done in two years.
If you're a mompreneur who feels overwhelmed by the social media circus, and who keeps falling off the consistency wagon and blaming your schedule, stay with me on this one.

You read one comment online and suddenly it's pinned to your shirt for the rest of the day.
Every quiet moment, there it is again.
I've been there. And what I found out is that this has very little to do with how strong you are mentally and everything to do with how depleted you already were before you even opened your phone.
Sleep deprived, chronically overstimulated, running on a mental load that never really stops; your brain is already working overtime just to function.
And then someone on the internet has an opinion.
In this episode, I get into why that hits so much harder than it should, what's actually happening in your body when it does, and what I personally started asking myself to stop handing my power over to people who honestly don't even want it.
If fear of being judged online is keeping you from showing up the way you want to: this one's for you.

If you're an overwhelmed mompreneur, there's a good chance the way you're talking to yourself is making everything harder, and you don't even know it yet.
I'm not talking about toxic positivity or journaling prompts.
I'm talking about two specific words that are running your whole relationship with your business, your to-do list, and whether you actually take action or just spin.
I found the first one through a podcast I was listening to. I started using it, changed it a little, and it completely shifted something for me. The second one came from a compliment a friend gave me while I was working in her garden, and the thought it sparked stopped me cold.
In this episode, I'm walking you through both. They're small. They're fast. And once you hear them, you won't be able to unhear them.
Press play.

You bought the course. Again. Maybe you didn't even open it. And now there's that voice, again. The one calling you lazy, unmotivated, a bad entrepreneur who just can't follow through.
I've been there. And I want you to hear this: it's not about you not having enough time, and it's not about the course being bad.
There's something else going on, and as an overwhelmed mompreneur trying to hold everything together, you've probably been missing it every single time.
In this episode, I'm getting into why so many of us as mompreneurs end up in this exhausting loop; buying, not finishing, blaming ourselves, and then buying again.
I talk about the mismatch that's actually happening between external strategies and where you truly are right now, and I walk you through the questions you need to ask before you ever click "enroll" again.
Because mompreneur burnout doesn't always look like falling apart. Sometimes it looks like a folder full of courses you swore you'd start next week.

You know what you need to do. You've known for a while. But somehow you're still sitting on that post, that offer, that thing you've been tweaking forever; because it's not quite there yet.
If you're an overwhelmed mompreneur who keeps measuring everything against brands that have full teams and years on you, this episode is going to feel uncomfortably familiar.
I'm talking about the mistake I see over and over again; the one that looks like perfectionism but is actually just overthinking dressed up as standards.
There's a version of your business that lives in your head. The one that's polished, consistent, converting.
And then there's what you're actually putting out there, which somehow never feels close enough to post, to launch, to send.
In this episode, I get into the mistake I see mompreneurs make all the time.
The one that looks completely reasonable on the surface. The one that keeps us busy, keeps us refining, keeps us feeling productive, while the business stays exactly where it is.
I also share what I do about it, and what my six-year-old taught me about taking action before it looks good.
Hit play when you're ready to get out of your head and back into your business.

Not That Kind of CEO - For Women Who Want More
Personal growth for women who love their life, but still want more.
You're on the floor…
You snap at the people you love over nothing. You can't rest, because resting feels useless. Every September, every new year, every birthday: you go all in on something for yourself. Then life gets lifey, and you stop. Again.
Underneath it all is the sentence you'd never say out loud: I want more.
The reason you're not saying it out loud is that you feel so ungrateful for wanting it. Your life is already so great; why can't it be enough?!
I'm Ayla. I have two little girls, a coaching business, an actual château in France that eats my time, and a hormonal cycle with strong opinions.
I live this life, and I'm not going to tell you to get up at 5 am if you want to achieve your goals.
What I will do is explain what's actually going on.
Why your nervous system can't switch off. Why setting boundaries feels like betraying people. Why you can't achieve your goals even though you're more than capable. Why your future self feels so far away.
Because you can be so hard on yourself. Whether you're going after your big dreams, ready to step into that Future Self, the new identity, or when you're erasing yourself for everyone else's needs.
I've got good news: all of it is programs that your brain has been running for years. And programs can be rewired.
You are NOT ungrateful for wanting more from life. This is your one lifetime, and I encourage you to grab it by the balls and live it fully. All you need to do is to start putting yourself first.
Nervous system, boundaries, achieving your goals, and your future self, all of them go hand in hand.
Welcome to Not That Kind of CEO, here, we admit out loud that we want more, that we were meant for more; and we go grab it.
