Not This!

There are so many paths to healing and Julian DeVoe offers myriad of them in beautiful, nurturing Costa Rica. His own journey has been a winding path, experiencing so many things that he wouldn't have ever believed, which brought him onto his true path as a healer. He is here to "inspire others to inspire themselves" and describes yoga as "the practice of being yourself while figuring out who you are." How's that for some wisdom bombs?!

Fear tells us we have no choice. We're stuck, lost, helpless, victimized...but all of these feel like shit. So is it possible that this isn't actually True? We live in a universe with infinite choices and we are co-creators of our own lives! Whew, I feel better just writing that: expansion, possibility, love. That's the adventure that I'm choosing!

The soil of who we are is both literal and metaphorical. The actual Earth that we grow our food in is what makes us healthy or sick - expanded or contracted - living in love or fear. The health of our soil is mirrored in our bodies...of course, right?

We are one and yet for too long we've focused on our separation and allowed the chasm to grow. We reverse this by reconnecting to love, to spirit, to oneness, AND reconnecting to our Earth, our soil, and the food we eat. It's all Connected.

Most humans buy into a belief that a part of being alive is to carry around heavy, dense, or low-vibration energy. What if this simply isn't true? What if we have the power, with the healing energy of Source, to dig to the root of these belief systems and live the truth of who we are: Pure Unconditional Love!

Healing within ourselves and within community is as important now as it's ever been. Shems is an incredible coach and guide for finding the space within to allow the witness consciousness to emerge and lead.
