This episode starts with me giving an update on my mental health and kind of what I was going through earlier this week. And I also can’t express how much all of the support you guys have given me has meant, life is really crazy and scary right now and I don’t I have to doubt my support and I’m pretty lucky. We also break down my March Madness brackets for both men’s and women’s and where I went wrong but more importantly where I went right.. (jk) then we discuss where I think the tournament will go heading into its second weekend. A quick reminder to be kind you guys and remember to also do what? that’s right — embrace the madness.

I’m at a crossroads in my life. I can chose to do better, to be a better person, or I can continue down the same path I’m on. After a life changing experience in Austin I come clean about some stuff that has been eating me alive from the inside for a while. Don’t worry about me though, it’s a new energetic year, so my feelings are just super intense and all over the place. Things are about to change for the better y’all, they just have to hurt first.

I discuss what we can do to help those in the war zone. We also talk about how we got to this point and how this falls on nobody but the “President” of Russia, Vladimir Putin.

2022 has been a lot already and that’s okay. I’ll tell you about a boy who thought a kiss was worth ruining a friendship with me. I’ll explain my return to politics and why it’s important that we all take a stand for voters rights and a better tomorrow. I also discuss the upcoming 2022 Louisiana Senate race and the candidates we’ll be discussing in depth later this season on NYAG. I talk about the generational sensation that is HBO’s Euphoria. I also go in depth about the previous mentioned boy who we’ll call “Joe Shiesty” (another J name) and we’ll discuss why I’m not mad and just want my friend back.
