Life is funny sometimes. We can be happy one minute, sad the next. Depression is real. September is National Suicide Prevention Month and so I'm going to take this opportunity to get a little serious. I understand this is a hard topic for some, so if you are unable to listen I completely understand. It's time to share with the world what happened on July 5th, 2014.

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a United States-based suicide prevention network of over 160 crisis centers that provides 24/7 service via a toll-free hotline with the number 1-800-273-8255. It is available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress.

Crisis Text Line serves anyone, in any type of crisis, providing access to free, 24/7 support via a medium people already use and trust: text.

This week Jasmine is joining me to talk about relationships! We're mainly reading stories submitted by you! We know not every first date goes as planned, so we want to remind you that you aren't alone. Enjoy stories about great, horrible, awkward, uncomfortable, and just weird dates and relationships. We'll also give you so relationship advice alone the way ;)
