Joe and Dad catch up on the last couple weeks: they processed sausage, tested high‑temp pepper jack cheese in sausage, and posted clips on social media. They picked up PSE takedown longbows and have been sharpening archery skills, including a surprising Robin‑Hood moment.

The big news is a new-to-them Honda Pioneer 520 side‑by‑side and the chaotic trip home when a trailer tire blew out. After closed shops, and creative fixes, a stranger helped them move the side‑by‑side home—prompting a thankful return and a reminder to check your spare's bolt pattern.

They set up a ground blind, cleared trails at deer camp, refreshed trail cameras, and upgraded trailer hubs and tires for reliability. Other highlights include a gifted MP5‑style .22, outreach from seasoning and processing brands, sewer repairs, baseball scrimmages, and upcoming alligator and velvet hunting trips.

Season 3 returns with Joe and Dad catching up after a break — building a travel baseball team (the Brandon Bucks), practicing four days a week, and prepping for their first tournament in September.
