If you go to your local Walmart or Target and attempt to buy a box of baseball or football cards, they're either out of stock or very expensive.

Here's what's happening. Over the past few years, the scarcity of cards has increased because of the demand and supply imbalance. If you find a football card of a rookie with an autograph, and a patch of a jersey...it will sell for big money on eBay. And the excitement has gone through the roof.
