Every single one of us is on a personal growth journey. Whether you have admitted it or not, you desire to have more, do more, succeed and accomplish more than you have. So, what's stopping you? Probably yourself, or your old patterns. The upcoming chapter explores ways in which we can become more actualized versions of ourselves but before we get to that, in this episode Eric reflects on his own personal growth journey.
