What does it really take to find the love of your life after 40?

In this episode of Not Your Mama's Midlife Podcast, I interview Renée Suzanne, a life coach who helps women over 40 start dating better men immediately so they can meet and marry the man of their dreams.

Many of my listeners are looking for a romantic relationship to enjoy in the second half of their lives. Renée tells us that finding love is just not actually all that complicated. Love isn't something that happens to you, it's something you create.

Renée gives women practical, actionable strategies to pick the right men to date, how to filter out prospects who are up to no good, and how to keep themselves safe from scammers and catfishing.

She also tells you what to expect if you've been out of the dating pool for a couple of decades and what it takes to be successful in online dating. And Renée reminds us that effortless conversation doesn't come naturally but being friendly is a skill that you can practice.
