The lesson of this week is...it's messy. All of it. Life, love, work, hair...messy boots. 

Expectation is the killer of presence, so what we need now is to let go of how we thought it was supposed to be, and allow what was meant to be to move us into flow.

This is a hard week. No sugar coating. It's these more difficult energies that show us where our blind spots are. Where we are holding on too tight. Sometimes, we don't even realize we are suffocating under the weight of our own expectations and attachments. Sometimes we must get taken down so that we can understand what it is to rise up. Mercury retrograde are those times that do that. It feels like a lot because there is a lot of other astrological factors making it harder. So what are you going to do with the hard?
