After a failed suicide attempt former pastor Steve Austin woke up in ICU a day before his son’s first birthday. Sinking deeper into a shame spiral he heard God say to him “I’m not finished with you yet.” That was the beginning of a new life for him. Steve joins Alex and Jason to share his story and help us define grace. He also gives some great advice to pastors and people alike!

This episode is the bible discussion which was originally cut from episode 35 with Holly of Method Theology. It was cut for a reason, you could cut the biblical tension with a knife between Alex and Jason and its super lengthy! It's all good though, the guys still love each other, even though they disagree on some verses. Verses discussed in this podcast: Genesis 1-3, 1st Timothy 2:14, and then more of Genesis.
