I don’t think we’ve realized how much we judge, even if it may be unintentional. Speaking on someone’s beliefs, life situation, religion, decisions, how they dress, even who they vote for, is straight judgment. Even if the other person may be in the wrong, you judging them doesn’t make you any better than them. We don’t always know the whole story, someone else’s truth, and at the end of the day, who are you to judge?

Sometimes we sabotage our own success. We focus on what we don’t have, we wait for “the right time” to start, we overthink, and we get in our own way. Today, on this Monday, we are going to start with what we do have. Look around your place, whether it’s your home, place of work, or school, there’s an object, there’s a thing, there’s definitely a phone in your hand right now, and just start. Start with what you have !!! Whatever that is, just start !!!
